How do I determine my correct size for BLKBRD shoes?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide available on each product page. Since our shoes are handcrafted on specific lasts, we generally suggest ordering your standard UK/Indian size, or contacting our team for a personalized fit consultation.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
As many of our shoes are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, production typically takes 10-15 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 days, while international shipping can take 7-10 days.
Do you offer customization or Made-to-Order services?
Yes, we specialize in Made-to-Order (MTO) services. You can select specific leathers, patinas, and sole constructions. Please reach out to our bespoke department via email to discuss your unique requirements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges or returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or MTO (Made-to-Order) pairs are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To maintain the longevity of your BLKBRD shoes, we recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear, applying a high-quality cream polish every few weeks, and avoiding wearing the same pair on consecutive days to allow the leather to breathe.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Most of our footwear features Goodyear Welted or Blake Stitch construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler, significantly extending the lifespan of your investment.
